Our History
Azox was built on its CEO Bernie Huang’s passion for computer software early on. When hardware distributor Nimax expanded its operation to multiple warehouses and multi-national locations in the early 1990's, as one of the principles of the company, Bernie realized that they must
find an ERP solution that best fit the business model. During this
time, older character-based Unix systems were prevalent. Windows-based
systems were just being developed. Bernie convinced Nimax management
team to deploy Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP). This afforded
Bernie the opportunity to form a team to implement e-commerce,
e-payment, EDI, and extension solutions that worked best for this
mid-market distributor. Partially due to the success of these
technological improvements, Nimax’s revenue grew from $25 million to
$80 million with minimal increase in total head count. Continuing to
develop these technologies and pursue his passion, Azox has helped
hundreds of companies to grow their businesses and improve their bottom
line.
In August
2005, Azox was appointed the North American & LATAM distributor for
the U.K. based company, Trinity Computer Services, a company who
provides Distribution Modules for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Azox provides
the Web interface to Trinity’s Myridas Modules.
