On July 28 IngramMicro announced its acquisition of Nimax POS and Autoid distribution business. As part of this acquisition agreement, a new company Azox is formed to serve the Nimax Business Solution’s division with the products that were developed in the last 10 years.

Azox will retain all ten employees and two consultants in Nimax Business Solutions division. There will be no interruption in serving its customers. Azox Business Solutions is a certified Microsoft Certified Developer with competencies in both ISV/Software Solutions and Microsoft Business Solutions. Azox has also inherited the license right of Great Plains source code. Azox Business Solutions developed products in three areas: E-commerce, Industry Solutions, and Extensions to Great Plains. The E-commerce products include eSource, eCatalog and eWeb which provide fully integrated web storefronts with tight integration to Great Plains. Industry Solutions includes the Order Workflow Manager which is used to track orders as they move through the fulfillment cycle, and Autoprint which print order and pick ticket to multiple locations.

Extensions to Great Plains include products such as Drop Ship Serial Number Tracking, Multi-level Pricing, and Credit Card Processing which are designed to add functionality to the Great Plains product. In addition, Azox also provide custom programming services in Dexterity or .Net platforms. Azox already has many proven components to be used for extended functionalities.
