Support and Service Policy
Azox business hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Azox provides Technical Services in addition to standard product support.

Product Support is included in the annual support plan. Product support includes issues related to the running of Azox software products. Support requests can be submitted through Azox extranet Online Support website 24/7 or by making a phone call to our support line at (734) 928-6020 during normal business hours. Azox is closed on all U.S. legal holidays and on some days immediately before or after a U.S. legal holiday.
Technical Services include services such as branding, training, discovery, consultation, or upgrade services that are not part of the original scope of engagement. Azox charges $150 per hour for technical services with a minimum charge of 2 hours. Evening and weekend rates are 1.5 times the regular rate. Pre-arranged standby/on-call is subject to a $300/day charge and if service is needed, the appropriate rate of standard business hours or evening/weekend hours. All off hours and standby/on-call engagements must be pre-arranged at least 7 days in advance.
