Integrated Credit Card eInterface

The Credit Card eInterface will link the Credit Card Extension in Microsoft Dynamics GP to the webstore.  Credit card transactions processed on the webstore will then flow through to Dynamics GP along with the sales transaction. A Merchant account and Gateway account will be required for Credit Card processing and are the responsibility of the customer to establish. This module is required if you have a Consumer Site with a buying environment. It is optional for Business Sites and Consumer Sites without a buying environment.  It is also necessary to have a secure website when processing credit cards. The acquisition, installation and maintenance of the SSL certificate will be the responsibility of the customer.

Main Features

The CCE eInterface product provides the ability for webstores or other .NET applications to interface through the Credit Card Gateway and to the Microsoft Dynamics GP Tables to store the Credit Card Transaction information.

eInterface can be used from any development environment that supports COM. We currently support three (3) modes of operation.

1.       Interface for Credit Card Gateway Transaction

In this mode the e-commerce site is just communicating with credit card gateway and returns the information back to the site. The eInterface module will take the information from the site and provide it to the credit card processing gateway. The gateway will return the processed credit card information back to einterface which can then be displayed on the e-commerce site. This mode is commonly used when there is no connection available between the webstore and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

The credit card Pnref number should be retained in your system if this needs to be transferred to Microsoft Dynamics GP later.

2.       eInterface for Microsoft Dynamics GP                                                      

In this mode the eInterface will communicate between your e-commerce site and Microsoft Dynamics GP to maintain the credit card transactions done on your site. In this mode, only the Azox CCE tables are populated.  A payment transaction is not created.  This mode is commonly used as the second step of the interface when data from the webstore has been moved to the environment where Microsoft Dynamics GP is located.

3.       eInterface for Gateway Transactions and interface to Microsoft Dynamics GP

In this mode the eInterface will communicate between the credit card gateways and also maintain credit card transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP. The data stored in the Azox credit card tables can be used to display on your e-commerce site.  This is most appropriate when the webstore is doing an Authorization transaction not a Sale transaction.
