Deployment Process

eSource Deployment

The eSource deployment process typically runs 8-12 weeks. Your Azox deployment team will lead this process. The Customer will be asked to dedicate resources and a project manager for the project.

Step 1: Azox to obtain access to client webserver.

Step 2: Azox load the website code and makes initial IIS settings.

Step 3: Azox loads eSource Manager and eCatalog programs.

Step 4: Azox makes initial configurations to publish items, create a user, and configure a functioning website.

Step 5: eCatalog training followed by eSource Manager training.

Step 6: Customer loads supporting product information and configures hierarchy for item browsing and option family (where applicable).

Step 7: Customer provides branding mockups and Azox brands the website.

Step 8: Customer and Azox do functional testing.

Step 9: Customer edits static page html pages with instructions and any welcome/hierarchy htmls.

Step 10: Customer does final validation testing.

Step 11: Customer applies for SSL certificate and URL. Certificate is installed and IP address redirection to Go Live.

CCE Deployment

The CCE deployment process will take a minimum of 1 to 2 days after getting your merchant login credentials. Azox deployment team will lead this process. The Customer will be asked to dedicate resources and a project manager for the project.

Step 1: Azox to obtain Microsoft Dynamics GP site ID to generate CCE registration keys for the test and live company.

Step 2: Azox delivers the CCE download link with registration key to the partner.

Step 3: Partner installs CCE in Test Company using test keys.

Step 4: Azox helps with initial configurations and CCE setup.

Step 5: Azox conducts partner training for approximately 2 hours.

Step 6: Partner conducts end user training.

Step 7: Partner installs CCE in the live company using the live registration keys.

Step 8: Azox assist with GO-LIVE process.
