Implementation & Training
Azox training is conducted in a one-on-one manner to empower our clients with the tools and skill set to manage their Web environments without requiring the services of professional Web developer or architects to make simple or repetitive changes to the websites. Azox training staff functions as a division of the Deployment team, creating a highly skilled and experienced training team who are familiar with the products, environment and processes of successfully launching eSource environments. Additionally, they have an average of 15-20 years experience in technical implementation and training, and are required to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP Inventory and SOP.
Standard Installation
Azox provides one day of services to cover the installation of your sites. Each site will be installed two times: once to link to the live Microsoft Dynamics GP Company and once to link to a Test Microsoft Dynamics GP Company.
Azox will install the webstores remotely via access provided by customers. The webstores will be installed once before training begins and possibly updated before the site launch to insure that the most current version of the code is in-place immediately prior to launch.
Implementation and Training
Implementation and training sessions will be conducted remotely via phone conference sessions and GoToMeeting screen sharing. These training sessions are also the process used for implementation. Each implementation & training session is a step in the actual implementation of the webstore. At the end of the implementation & training sessions you will be ready to launch the webstore and be responsible for managing the sites internally.
You may include as many personnel in these implementation and training sessions as desired. It is always best to train more than one person so that there is some redundancy in your environment. If retraining of additional personnel is required, additional training services can be added at any time. These services are charged at a daily rate and not at the flat rate provided by this contract.
Training is included as part of the initial implementation process.

Branding
Branding of the webstore is supplied based on a mockup provided by the customer. If branding work as required by the mockup exceeds one day, then an additional charge will be incurred.
A standard Crystal Report for the Order Confirmation and Invoice documents is provided in the format provided by Dynamics GP. If a customized Order Confirmation or Invoice is required, please provide a mockup of the reports for review. Minor customization is normal and can generally be completed in the time allowed for Branding. After reviewing the reports provided, Azox will determine if additional Customization time will be required.
Please note that the all reports provided for the Webstore are delivered in Crystal Report Writer format and can be modified by anyone that has the Crystal Reports tool.
