Compass Item Matrix Inventory is generally used to manage a two dimension product schema such as sizes and colors. Items are represented by a single product in Dynamics GP. The management of the various quantities and prices by size and color is done thru the Compass Item Matrix tables.
Gift Card –The Gift Card eInterface module provides a link to the Valutec gift card processing service so you can sell and redeem gift cards on the webstore. The Valutec service will also support the same gift cards in a retail environment.
Online Bill Pay is a powerful solution provided for the Azox e-commerce sites to accept online payments via cash, check or credit cards. Online Bill Pay also honors the terms setup for a customer in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Option Family allows similar inventory items to be grouped together, providing the ability to present a large number of SKUs under a single product listing. Within a family you will define individual characteristics such as Size, Color, Series, or whatever characteristics make each of the items unique in the family.
Product Customizer allows the customization information on a particular product to be collected from a customer. The Product Customization page that is displayed can be assigned at a product level.
Promo Exception Pricing enhancement provides additional flexibility to a customer’s online pricing by enabling them to offer incentives, promotions and special pricing based on specific criteria.
Related Products provides the ability to link items together for cross-sell, up-sell, showing coordinates and accessories, etc. on the webstore.
Sales Configurator modules are used to provide the step-by-step buying process for the additional products / services that your customer can select. Each option is represented by a unique Dynamics GP Inventory Item, and will be added as additional line items to the Dynamics GP Sales Order.
Saved Carts module allows you to save shopping cart items to a Saved Cart that can be used on a later visit. It can also be used to reorder the same products repeatedly. Saved Carts are named with a description of your choice and a single customer can have as many saved carts as desired.
Shipping Calculator—The Shipping Rate eInterface module will provide an automatic calculation of freight amounts for an order. The Shipping Calculator can be linked to provide UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS rates based on the weight of the products being ordered.
User Specific Catalog provides the ability to configure customer catalogs at the user level to limit or provide exclusive access to specific items or item classes. This is useful for customers with products offerings that only certain customers can purchase or when different customers are buying from different catalogs.
